businesses, our warehouse will be closed for
operation over the Christmas / New Year period.

- Tuesday 23 December - Last deliveries
- Wednesday 24 December - Collections close 12
noon
- Monday 5 January 2009 - Resume normal
trading
If you have requirements for deliveries during these
dates, please contact us before 19 December to
discuss options.

Service Standards

As a reminder when placing orders, please note the
following cut-off times for orders.
- 2.00pm Daily for Next Day Delivery - Out of
Town
- 4.00pm Daily for Next Day Delivery - AKL & CHC
Metro
- 4.00pm Daily for Collections from our
Warehouse
Please note that we do not normally offer a Same
Day Delivery Service. For urgent situations, while all
possible will be done, Same Day Delivery is not
guaranteed and additional charges may apply.
