    Engineering Polymers : New Compounding Ideas

    Elastochem can now offer multi-component blends and alloys formulated formulated to meet your specific performance requirements.

    The SCHULAMID® family covers a wide range of engineered compounds based on Polyamide 6, Polyamide 66, Polyamide 612, and Polyamide 12.

    SCHULADUR® is a semi crystalline engineered compound often used for precision parts and high quality moldings for industrial, electronic or automotive applications. SCHULADUR® is based on polybutylene- or polyethylen terephthalate as well as specialty blends and alloys The SCHULADUR® PBT/PET alloys are always reinforced and achieve high surface quality and attractive pricing.

    Roto Compounds - Cost Competitive Integration

    In the Asia-Pacific region, A. Schulman offers a wide variety of rotational moulding powders and grinding services through its ICO Polymers Division.

    We are delighted to announce that, beginning in May 2010, the integration and incorporation of both the ICO and the A. Schulman world class rotomoulding product ranges is underway.

    This will substantially enhance our Rotomoulding Customers range of material options for the future.

    This integration will provide for manufacuring efficiencies and distribution options that will result in the most cost-competitive pricing in the NZ market.
